We are looking for an IT System Security Specialist to be the go-to person for all security projects within IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support different IT security projects within the Corp-IT department.
• Implement and manage security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.
• Collaborate with the security team to identify and mitigate IT security gaps.
• Maintain, upgrade, and manage software, hardware, and networks with a focus on security, based on the defined baseline.
• Identify vulnerabilities in the current IT Environment and develop a comprehensive plan to secure it.
• Stay up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.
• Educate colleagues about security software and best practices for information security.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI DSS and SOX
• Maintain audit trails and evidence of security controls for compliance purposes
  
  

• Demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and security policy development.
• At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role in a multi-OS environment (Mac/Windows/Linux) using up-to-date technologies (must).
• Experience in conducting security audits and assessments.
• Strong understanding of security policies and procedures.
• Manage advanced endpoint detection and response (EDR) security technologies.
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into security monitoring and threat detection systems.
• Proven experience of leading a security project
• Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash) advantage
• Flexibility to perform system updates and security patches during non-business hours to minimize business impact
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
