Project Coordinator

We are looking for Project Coordinator for a global fintech company in Petah Tikva

🔸Temporary position for 9 months - maternity leave cover🔸

This position will be part of the Tech Learning team and focus on end-to-end coordination for outside of North America Product Development training programs. This is a contract position based out of Bangalore, India.

• Coordinate and schedule all onsite training programs by working closely with the training vendors, training requestors and others involved.

• Manage end-to-end logistics for the training programs including registrations, classroom management, materials, catering etc.

• Communicate all information to students and instructors as needed.

• Follow up on gathering post class evaluations and other needed post class activities.

• Generate training reports to track and monitor attendance, training effectiveness, etc.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• BA / MA Degree (HR or similar) with minimum 5 years experience working in a training / learning and development environment.

• Must have excellent written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with different levels of employees.

• Has to be very organized and detail-oriented in managing multiple training programs at a time.

• Experience working with a Learning Management System required.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.

• Knowledge of survey building tools and Business Object a plus.

• Should be comfortable working with a virtual team.
