About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead and innovate in the development and promotion of our business-focused products. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive product and marketing strategies tailored to B2B audiences and market trends.
- Emphasize business-driven thinking, focusing on revenue growth and long-term impact.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and product performance to optimize business strategies and maximize product profitability.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market demands.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing efficiency, and market penetration.
- Understand customer needs and market dynamics, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Partner with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and ensure product adoption in the market.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a solid understanding of business markets.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies for business products.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize marketing opportunities.
- Experience working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive product success in the market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey marketing messages to business audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field – at must!
