Tech Lead – Data Engineers Team

A leading governmental organization is looking for an experienced Tech Lead to manage and mentor a team of Data Engineers. This role focuses on leading cutting-edge development projects using advanced Big Data technologies that contribute directly to national security.

Job Responsibilities

• :Provide technological leadership and guidance to a team of skilled Data Engineers
• .Design and oversee the development of innovative, high-scale data solutions

Requirement

• s:Programming Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Python or Java developmen
• t.Big Data Technologies: A minimum of 3 years working with tools like Spark, Hadoop, or similar in high-scale environment
• s.Production Environment Experience: At least 1 year with CI/CD tools and DevOps practice
• s.Messaging Systems: A minimum of 3 years of experience with tools such as Kafka or RabbitM
• Q.Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience leading a team of engineers, particularly in Big Data project
