New Product Introduction Engineer

Global Public Company – Automated Warehouses and Parking Solutions

A global public company specializing in the design, development, and construction of automated warehouses and parking solutions in Israel and abroad.

The company employs approximately 100 employees, located in Central Israel, and requires quarterly travel for business needs.

Role Overview:

• Take technical responsibility for all products and ensure their adaptation to new customers.
• Oversee the introduction of new products, as well as monitor production and implementation processes.
• Work closely with production teams in Israel and collaborate with clients from both Israel and international markets (U.S. and Eastern Europe).
• Provide technical support for customers in all aspects of the product lifecycle.

• Requirements
• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering – Must
• 5 years of proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer of multi-disciplinary products with hands on approach
• An in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication technologies and tool design
• Problem-solving experience of multi-disciplinary products
• Familiarity with quality control techniques and practices
• Proficiency in CAD/Solid Works - Must
• Experience with ERP systems – Priority is an advantage
• Advanced level in English - speaking and writing.
