Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of generative AI solutions for diverse applications, including summarization, insight extraction, complex association analysis, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), classification, and clustering.
• Technological Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and techniques to continuously enhance our platform.
• Scalable Infrastructure: Design and build robust infrastructure capable of handling massive amounts of unstructured data with minimal latency.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of projects from inception to deployment, working independently and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Core Team Contribution: Become an integral part of our core team, driving innovation and shaping the future of the company.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and frontend teams to refine requirements and ensure seamless integration with frontend applications. 

Requirements

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• AI Expertise: Proficiency in LLMs, RAG, LangChain, AI agents, or NLP.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Node.js and Python.
• Database Mastery: Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud Savviness: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
