Production Specialist

Liposphere is seeking a motivated and skilled Production Specialist to join its synthesis team. This role involves process development and scaleup for the company’s in-house synthetic products and overseeing their manufacturing. Ideal candidates are hands-on problem-solving professionals with a keen eye for detail who thrive in a laboratory environment and are passionate about process development and optimization.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize the scaleup of in-house synthetic processes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and detailed production protocols.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Operate and optimize purification processes using TFF (experience is an advantage).
• Operate and analyze data using chromatographic systems such as HPLC and GPC (experience is an advantage).

Requirements:

• An academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field (theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Organic Chemistry and Polymer Chemistry are an advantage).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in scaleup and optimization of synthetic processes.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of working independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
