Product Manager

A rapidly growing startup in the Gaming industry is developing a groundbreaking platform for tournaments in popular casual games like Solitaire and Bubbles, transforming single-player games into multiplayer experiences. With over 500,000 daily active users and continuously growing tournament activity, the company’s platform is a massive success.

The R&D team consists of 35 developers working on a cutting-edge technological product that generates over $300 million in annual revenue. The company is highly profitable and operates independently of investors.

Located in Tel Aviv, the company offers a hybrid work model, with one work-from-home day per week. The global team includes 350 employees.

This position is part of a small team reporting directly to the GM, focusing on the company's core product. Responsibilities include leading the product roadmap and taking full ownership of its development and execution.

Responsibilities-

• Own mobile product features from end to end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, etc.) to define and execute the product vision and strategy, and guarantee smooth, efficient implementation.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/XU & flow, wireframes, define A/B test and user stories, prioritize the backlog, and handle development.
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative features.
• Focus on delivering a top-notch user experience, gathering feedback, and iterating on improvements.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements-

• 1-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong passion for games and the gaming industry, and a strong understanding of gaming trends and player behavior.
• Project management skills - organized, self-sufficient & self-motivated, goal-oriented.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Think outside the box to develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
