Online Customer Support Representative (Night shifts) 439

You're invited to Join Beach Bum, the greatest gaming family that brings a new twist to classic games by introducing them to the world of online casual games.

You will provide product/services information and resolve emerging problems that our players face within the game.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions & alternatives to players.
• Identify and analyze recurring issues and trends by working with other departments until resolution.
• Achieve an optimal support experience by continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Work in a dynamic, team-focused environment with growth opportunities and benefits.

Requirements:

• Native or Mother tongue level in English and Hebrew (written & spoken)
• Ability to work weekends and nights from home
• Availability to work in shifts, at least 4 shifts per week including weekends
• Independent and self-learner
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive & can-do attitude!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in social gaming/online marketing field- an advantage
• 1+ years of experience in customer success – an advantage
