Beach Bum is looking for a Junior Creative Operator ready to bring exciting ideas to life and impact our mobile games’ performance.

Responsibilities:

• responsibility for full support of the creative team
• producing marketing assets for all of our games, Video & playable ads and Images
• working with creators & Influencers from all over the world to create top-performing concepts
• Work through the creative production cycle with the marketing creative team artists & external partners
• responsibility for all process parts, from ideation through revisions
• managing the administrative execution, to optimize the creative videos based on performance
• Communicate effectively with the different stakeholders in the company and external vendors
• Collect creative requests, manage the ideation process, and write briefs for execution
• responsibility for Valid outcomes, to insure it matches the requirements and guidelines
• Impact Creative's production processes and testing methodologies

Requirements:

• 1+ Year experience in a similar position (Content Manager/Digital Marketing Manager/Social Media Manager/etc’)
• Marketing or visual communication background
• Knowledge working with photo shop illustrator
• Familiarity with social media and trends
• Proficient in English - Must
• Familiar with digital marketing principles- An advantage
• Previous experience in an advertising / creative agency - An advantage
• knowledge of Digital marketing (mobile/mobile games industry) - An advantage
