Production team leader

We are seeking an NPI (New Product Introduction) Leader to manage the NPI process from project initiation to transfer into production. The role involves technical and process leadership throughout all project phases, including managing a cross-functional team of production engineers to improve manufacturing and assembly processes.

Requirements:

• B.Sc in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent diploma

• At least 3 years of managerial experience leading a team of 5 or more in production lines

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI or in assembly/integration processes for electro-optical products

• Availability to provide support and guidance outside regular working hours
