Key Qualifications

Training or guidance background - a strong advantage.
Availability for 5 working days per week, for temporary role for 9 month ( Contractor).
Capable of working in dynamic diverse environment
Analytical skills - data analysis and drawing conclusions
Strong practical experience with Excel
Great teammate, highly adaptable and customer orientated.

Description

We are looking for a Learning and Development operations admin to join our team. Implement Learning and Development operational aspects such as registration & attendance tracking and analyzing, course management etc. Create surveys and analyze results. Working with External and internal partners.

Education & Experience

BA in the domain of Human Resources - Advantage
