Head of Analytics / Chief Analytics Officer

The Chief Analytics Officer (CAO) will head the Analytics Department

and report to the EVP, (S)he will lead and oversee the analytics strategy . This role is critical in driving data-driven. decision-making and transforming the company's approach to analytics. The role includes management and development of an existing ML models and the development of new models covering a wide range of applications including sales,marketing, pricing, service, churn, claims and fraud across multiple lines of business.The CAO will work closely with executive leadership to leverage data insights for strategic planning, profit optimization, customer segmentation, and operational efficiency .

Qualifications:

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science,
• or a related field. Preference to given to candidates with MSc.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics and data science.
• Experience in the financial services industry or insurance industry .
• Proven track record of leading high-performing analytics teams.
• Significant expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical

analysis.

• Proficiency in current data and analytics platforms, tools and software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with data governance and data management practices.
