Algorithm Engineer with Software Engineering Background

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Algorithm Engineer with a strong background in Software Development to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of algorithm development (in the fields of imaging, computational geometry, ML/DL, 3d), backend engineering and infrastructure management.

1. Algorithm Development & Feature Implementation:

• Manage all algorithmic aspects of the company.
• Develop, optimize, test, and deploy algorithms for imaging, 3D scanning, 3D rendering and analytics of 3D models.
• Bring up new ideas and initiatives.
• Design MLops pipe lines

1. Infrastructure Management & Optimization:

• Design, develop, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Optimize and manage current infrastructure.

1. End-to-End Development:

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready features from scratch.
• Ensure seamless integration of backend, DevOps, and algorithmic components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, and other engineers to understand and refine requirements.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with 2d/3d imaging, rendering and computational geometry.
• ML / DL / MLOps.
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Bonus: Experience with C#, Azure DevOps, Docker, Windows infrastructure.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong independence and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Coffee lover.
• Preferred Domain Expertise:
• Familiarity with 3D scanning.
• Experience in medical imaging or similar applications is a strong plus.
