We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products.

About the Role:

As a UX/UI Designer at Zap Group, you’ll design the interfaces and experiences that set our products apart in a competitive digital landscape. You’ll work closely with the product team, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, solve complex problems, and create first class solutions.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about crafting user experiences that are not only functional but truly impactful, fostering loyalty and repeat engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Drive the design of innovative products that cater to diverse user personas, including end-users and business clients.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop user-centric designs that align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that adhere to and elevate our design standards.
• Set industry standards by designing innovative, user-focused solutions that drive the next generation of our products and redefine best practices.
• Develop a deep understanding of our users, leveraging research and data to inform design decisions.
• Maintain a high bar for aesthetic and functional quality while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably with a focus on large-scale products or high-traffic environments.
• Prior experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, or large organizations is highly valued, especially when contributing to scalable and user-centric solutions.
• A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft impactful user interfaces and experiences.
• Experience working on both UX (user research, flows, personas) and UI (design systems, interfaces).
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about working in an office-first environment to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a “can-do” approach and ownership mindset.
• Knowledge of systems like MIRAKL and CRM – a plus!
