Training Program Coordinator

A FinTech American company is looking for a Training Program Coordinator focusing on coordinating Product Development training programs outside of North America. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Coordinate and Schedule: Work closely with training vendors, requestors, and stakeholders to organize onsite training programs.
• End-to-End Logistics: Manage registrations, classroom arrangements, materials, catering, and other logistics.
• Communicate: Provide updates and information to students and instructors, ensuring seamless execution.
• Post-Class Activities: Gather evaluations, generate reports, and monitor training effectiveness.
• Project Coordination: Manage multiple training programs simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.

What You’ll Need:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Training Program Coordinator.
• Tech industry experience - must
• Organizational Excellence: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple training programs at once.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Learning Management Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working in a virtual, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of survey-building tools and Business Object is a plus!
