Product Development Engineer

Matricelf is a dynamic biotech company at the forefront of cell therapy and regenerative medicine. We’re developing groundbreaking technology to engineer autologous tissues and organs, with our first product targeting spinal cord injury treatment using autologous engineered neural tissue.

What You’ll Do

• Perform “hands-on” multidisciplinary development of tissue-engineered products.
• Contribute to clinical manufacturing of engineered neural tissue in cleanrooms.
• Plan, execute, and analyze experiments and analytical test methods.
• Conduct literature reviews and develop protocols & reports compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to meet company objectives.

What You’ll Bring

Education: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• Tissue/cell culture experience – required.
• Working in tissue engineering/regenerative medicine/cell therapy biotech company – a strong advantage.
• Experience with iPSCs – preferred.
• Proficiency in QC assays such as flow cytometry, qPCR and immunofluorescence - preferred.

Skills:

• Knowledge of quality assurance, ISO, and GMP practices – advantage.
• GMP aseptic production (cleanrooms) experience – a plus.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
