We are seeking a proactive and experienced PMO to join our global organization. This critical role will oversee the enforcement of feature and release cycles, drive best practices within the R&D team, manage incidents, and provide ownership for key deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, process optimization, and the ability to bridge strategic goals with execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature and Release Management
• Enforce feature and release cycles across the organization.
• Define and standardize best practices and processes for development, deployment, and delivery within the R&D teams.
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders, including product managers and technical leads, to meet deadlines and milestones effectively.
• Incident Management
• Oversee incident management processes, ensuring swift response and resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and reduce downtime.
• Implement incident post-mortem processes to continuously improve response strategies.
• Agile Best Practices and Quality Enforcement
• Promote and enforce Agile best practices across the organization, ensuring consistency and efficiency in development processes.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to define, implement, and uphold clear and measurable acceptance criteria for all deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between product requirements and development outputs through regular grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, helping teams adopt frameworks and practices that enhance quality, predictability, and collaboration.
• Act as a facilitator for cross-functional alignment to ensure all teams operate within standardized Agile methodologies.
• Global Governance and Best Practices
• Serve as a global PMO, enforcing project governance frameworks across regions and teams.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects, ensuring all aspects are planned, tracked, and delivered effectively.
• Provide guidance, tools, and templates to standardize project management and delivery practices.
• Stakeholder Communication and Reporting
• Act as a liaison between R&D, Product, and other organizational units to ensure transparency and effective communication.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate updates to leadership.
  
  

• Proven experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably within a global organization.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong understanding of R&D processes, software development lifecycles, and incident management.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and project management software.
• Certification in Agile, PMP, or a similar framework is a plus.
