Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce expert with both hands track record and design capabilities. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience with Salesforce, its surrounding technology, and familiarity with financial platforms like NetSuite. In this role you’ll be part of a small Salesforce team in the MIS department, meet on a daily basis with key business users from across the organization and help do the required analysis, detailed design and implementation of projects of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities

• Help manage and optimize Salesforce and many other related technologies
• Oversee the development life cycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Regularly meet with business users and leaders to understand challenges and plan solutions.
• Execute CRs and projects to better support Verbit business objectives
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven hands-on experience with Salesforce, including:
• Salesforce Administration and Configuration, both in Sales and Service Clouds
• Salesforce Development (Flows and Apex required, Visualforce & Lightning Components an advantage)
• Salesforce Integrations (APIs, REST/SOAP, Middleware tools like Workato)
• Salesforce Data Management (Data Loader, SOQL, SOSL)
• Experience with related tools like OwnBackup and HubSpot
• Good familiarity with CPQ tools like DealHub
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite and ZoneBilling (major advantage).
