Persona.ly is a global company developing a machine-learning-based RTB platform serving the growth efforts of global mobile apps by managing UA and retargeting campaigns. We have representations in Korea, Japan, India, Europe, USA, and headquarters in Rehovot, Israel.

Our team works closely with the world's most successful mobile apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals. We provide data-driven insights derived from our predictive models, which process over 3 million transactions a second and have more than 60 data points in our models.

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our core revenue-generating activities and drive growth for our clients' UA and retargeting campaigns. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and build a high-performing team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seamlessly transition from hands-on execution to strategic team leadership and recruit a high-performing team.
• Oversee and optimize UA and retargeting campaigns to exceed performance targets.
• Utilize data to identify opportunities for improvement, business growth, and upscaling.
• Drive proactive communication and foster successful relationships with top-grossing app developers worldwide.
• Operate as POC for remote BD department, Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and inform product development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A true proactive individual with demonstrated leadership experience in a global ad-tech environment, with a strong "leadership X factor", work ethic, independence, and responsibility.
• Proven success in leading growth or UA or marketing data analysis activities and teams in the performance marketing industry
• Passion for excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Strategic thinking combined with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset
• Exceptional analytical skills to process complex parameters and drive decision-making under pressure and in a demanding ecosystem, tackling trial and error situations with a deep commitment to “crack” them.
• Outstanding communication skills, with high proficiency in English
