UX/UI Designer - Maternity Leave Replacement

What you’ll do:

• End-to-End UX and UI responsibility - conduct the full design cycle, from ideation to production, of new products, modules, and features
• Facilitate product vision by researching, wireframing, prototyping, designing user journeys, creating visual UI and handing it off to developers
• Coordinate with developers on the design implementation, and adapt designs to changing requirements, ensuring projects stay on track within time and resource constraints.
• Maintain the design system to ensure design alignment and to set new design guidelines across all products

You’ll do it using:

• 3-4 years as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with experience in enterprise software or complex systems Working closely with products and developers – a must
• Experience in building user flows, wireframes, designs and writing design specs
• Strong and proven visual design capabilities
• Experience using design software and tools for R&D collaboration (Figma – must)
• Proficiency in English
• Background in Fintech / financial industry – an advantage.
• Experience in market & user research, conducting user interviews and performing usability testing – an advantage
• Background working with analytical / BI / MLOps tools – an advantage
