We are seeking a Procurement Manager for New Product Innovation (NPI) to lead and manage procurement for new product development, full turn key solutions and ensures the successful transition of new products from development (NPD) to market introduction (NPI).

This global role requires expertise in sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and strategic negotiations to ensure the successful launch of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovation and Sourcing:
• Develop procurement strategies to drive innovation and align with company goals.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, particularly in China and Asia, for innovative technologies.
• Build strong supplier relationships to maintain a competitive market edge.
• Project and Supplier Management:
• Lead procurement activities throughout the product lifecycle, from development (NPD) to market introduction (NPI).
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize costs, timelines, and quality.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with R&D, engineering, and product management teams to align procurement activities with project goals.
• Support cross-departmental initiatives and process improvements.
• Operational Excellence:
• Use data-driven decision-making and analytics to enhance procurement performance.
• Develop KPIs to measure success and provide reports for senior management.
• Manage RFQs, supplier onboarding, and contract negotiations to secure the best total landed costs.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or Finance; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of direct procurement experience, including significant exposure to suppliers in China and Asia.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management within global and multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, NPI procurement, and category strategy.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Availability for international travel.
