Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the organization's virtual infrastructure.
• Ensure the optimal performance, availability, security, and scalability of the organization's virtual environments.
• Manage the day-to-day operations across all servers, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure that the virtual infrastructure meets the organization's needs and goals.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure the continued availability of critical virtual systems in the event of a disaster or outage.
• Monitor the performance and availability of the virtual infrastructure and implement solutions to address issues or inefficiencies
  
  

Skills Required

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• In-depth understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware
• Experience with alternative hypervisors preferable.
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with storage platforms.
• Strong Windows administration skills.
• Knowledge of security best practices virtualized systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of network infrastructure and protocols
