We’re seeking a proactive and organized Employee Experience & Office Manager to join our Tel Aviv team. This role is the beating heart of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day and creating a welcoming, lively environment for our team. This is a fully on-site role, helping ensure that our space is organized, stocked, and a positive place to work.
What You’ll Do…
- Office Operations: Manage office supplies, order weekly essentials from the supermarket, and maintain an organized, efficient workspace.
- Employee Experience: Bring creative ideas to foster a positive, lively office atmosphere and support team bonding.
- Supplier Coordination: Work closely with our suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries and that all needs are met on time.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and execute fun, engaging events and happy hours that bring our team together and keep morale high.
- Facility Management: Ensure the office facility is in great shape and troubleshoot any maintenance or technical issues as they arise.
- Bookkeeping Support: Collaborate with bookkeeping to ensure all payments to suppliers are made on time and accurately documented.
- Ability to work on-site from our office in Tel-Aviv
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a passion for creating a great work environment
- Ability to take initiative and handle various responsibilities independently
- Strong communication skills to manage supplier relations and internal coordination
- Previous experience in office management or a related field is a plus but not required
