SOC CTO

NESS is looking for a SOC Manager.

The role includes leading information security and incident response strategies, while implementing advanced technologies for threat management. Additionally, it involves developing cyber strategies and collaborating with management and various teams.

High technical skills, experience in implementing security solutions, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders are required.

This is a full-time, hybrid position in Ra'anana.

Job Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity: technologies, best practices, and current trends in the field – mandatory.
• Experience in implementing technological solutions for threat management and incident response – mandatory.
• Communication skills: Ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders at different levels and connect technical and business aspects – mandatory.
• Business understanding: Familiarity with the organization's goals and the ability to align security initiatives with business objectives – mandatory.
• Resource management: Ability to manage resources and balance technical and budgetary needs – a must.
