Full Stack Team Leader

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Leader to join us. In this role, you’ll be both a hands-on engineer and a strategic leader—helping guide architectural decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth collaboration across our highly skilled group. With at least 5 years of relevant experience, you’ll be positioned to set the standard for code quality, tackle complex technical challenges, and ensure the timely delivery of high-impact features.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Lead the full development lifecycle of our products—from concept, design, and implementation to integration, testing, and deployment.
• Drive architectural decisions, design scalable solutions, and ensure best practices across the stack.
• Perform hands-on coding (Python, Golang, React) while mentoring and guiding other engineers.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
• Conduct code reviews, pair-programming sessions, and knowledge-sharing workshops to uplift the technical capabilities of the entire team.
• Provide constructive feedback, career guidance, and set a positive example for teamwork and communication.
• Quality & Delivery:
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality code delivery.
• Continuously optimize our services for speed, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

Qualifications:

• Experience & Expertise:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, ideally working within microservices-oriented architectures.
• Proven proficiency in Python and/or Golang on the backend, React (or similar frameworks) on the frontend, and a strong command of modern web application development principles.
• Solid understanding of databases (MongoDB) and search/indexing technologies (Elasticsearch).
• Leadership & Communication:
• Demonstrated experience leading small to mid-sized development teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A mindset that embraces mentorship, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Additional Skills (Nice-to-Haves):
• Experience in building or working with AI/ML-based products.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a track record of building personal side-projects.
