As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll analyze thousands of patient-therapist conversations. Collaborating closely with our leadership team, product specialists, and clinical experts, you'll uncover insights that will enhance therapy sessions for countless individuals. Who are you?

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in the industry as a data scientist
• Experience with NLP, LLM applications and Generative AI
• Proven experience in developing and delivering end-to-end AI models, from data cleaning, feature engineering, algorithm development, and implementation in production
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with AI Agents - advantage
• Experience in Speech & Audio domain (e.g., Speech-to-text, Speakers Separation, Diarization, Speaker identification) - advantage
• Start-ups experience - advantage

How will you contribute?

• Lead data science projects that directly influence the work of thousands of psychologists, psychiatrists, and other caregivers
• Develop end-to-end AI solutions from the research phase through to production
• Identify and leverage cutting-edge technologies to facilitate their integration into our products
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other team members
• Play a critical role in designing the company's products
