Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Collaborate closely with the client’s system engineering team to understand development needs.

🔹 Define development requirements for Axioma’s software team.

🔹 Prioritize deliverables and oversee development progress.

🔹 Manage project work plans.

🔹 Provide hands-on engineering leadership and participate in system testing processes.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Aeronautics – mandatory).

✅ Quick learner with hands-on engineering skills.

✅ Ability to work independently with clients.

✅ Strong communication and documentation skills in Hebrew and English.

✅ Security clearance – an advantage.

Location:

Work from our Netanya office (near Ikea and close to Netanya Sapir train station) or the client’s office in Modiin.
