Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles, including R&D, Product, GTM,, and G&A, in both Israel and the USA. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our hiring processes, work closely with leadership, and directly influence Zesty's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from Kickoff → Hire→ Onboarding best talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, leveraging ATS (Comeet) and other tools to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience with clear, timely communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate with external vendors and recruitment agencies while also driving independent sourcing efforts.
• Utilize data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Work on cross-functional projects related to employer branding and recruitment innovation.
• Represent Zesty at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance our employer brand.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, within the tech industry as an in-house recruiter
• Proven expertise in sourcing for technical and non-technical roles across global markets.
• Experience conducting in-depth HR interviews, utilizing behavioral and competency-based techniques, and providing actionable insights to hiring managers.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with data and reports, including tracking and interpreting recruitment metrics, analyzing hiring trends, and using insights to improve processes.
• Strong negotiation skills, including managing offers and collaborating effectively with external vendors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using ATS platforms (Comeet experience is a plus).
• Experience with employer branding initiatives is an advantage, including creating recruitment campaigns, enhancing the company's visibility in the talent market
• Fluency in English and Hebrew (both written and verbal).

This is a hybrid position 3 days from the office ( Monday, Tusday & Thursday)
