GenAi LLM LEAD

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a GenAI LLM Lead. You will be responsible for leading the GenAI LLM team, overseeing projects, and driving innovation in language models. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research, and ensuring the successful deployment of language models. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage a team of backend developers.

Qualifications

Language Model Development, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning skills

Experience in leading and managing teams, including backend development teams

Research and Innovation skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field
