Key Responsibilities

• :Define your product domain roadmap for logistics and shipment such as freight forwarding, carrier management , shipping methods , regulations , return
• sPrioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals
• .Work closely with development teams, designers, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into detailed specifications. Guide the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionality
• .Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces
• .Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to monitor the performance of the e-commerce platform. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
• .Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as solutions, projects, sales, account management, customer support and operations teams
