System Analyst &Project Manager

STARTICA is hiring a Systems Analyst/Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading projects for the development and implementation of information systems and technology of varying scales.
• Analyzing and defining user requirements, managing external vendors in writing detailed specification documents.
• Controlling projects in terms of schedule, budget, scope, risk management, and change management according to organizational needs.
• Working with various interfaces, including clients, internal service providers, external vendors, and supporting multiple users.
• Engaging with different systems and diverse workflows.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in project management and systems analysis in the field of information systems - mandatory.
• Relevant education in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management / Software Engineering / Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of experience in writing functional and technical specification documents.
• Ability to drive, manage, and lead meetings and discussions.
• Initiative, independence, responsibility, and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
