Full Stack R&D Manager

A successful Cyber Security start-up company with a product already sold to government agencies in Israel and currently in the testing phase. The company develops cyber defense solutions for leading data repositories and protection against ransomware attacks, using a unique method developed in-house. The product combines storage recovery capabilities with defense against ransomware and malware attacks.

The role includes managing a team of approximately 3 members, with plans to expand to 10, and involves development using .NET Core and React (leaning towards Backend with 70% Hands-On, at least initially). The position reports to the CEO and offers significant career growth potential and impact within the company.

The company has around 10 employees, located in Kfar Saba near a train station. The work model is hybrid (around 3 days from home, with flexibility). In the near future, they plan to open offices in Tel Aviv or Ness Ziona.

Qualifications:

• Must be a seasoned Full Stack Developer with managerial personality and can-do approach
• Proficient in .Net core and react
• Demonstrated experience in PowerShell
• Knowledgeable in On-prem product development for Windows/Linux applications.
• Deep understanding of Postgres, RabbitMQ, Advanced installer.
• Proven DevOps Pipeline CI/CD and Automation capabilities.
• 5 years of development experience
• 3 years of team management experience
• BSc in Computer Science – an advantage. .
• Previous IT and Cyber Security engineering experience
