About the role

• Lead and manage a team of ASIC engineers.
• Define the technical vision for ASIC Verification development.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed technical specifications for ASIC development.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams (e.g., algorithms, system, designers) to ensure successful chip integration and functionality.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
• Identify and manage risks associated with ASIC development.
• Stay up to date on the latest ASIC technology.
• Mentor and develop the technical skills of team members.
• Create and maintain clear and concise documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications-

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in ASIC Verification with UVM Methodology and System Verilog
• Strong understanding of digital design principles and verification methodologies.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
