DevOps Manager

A company in the mobile assets field acquires digital assets (mobile apps) from developers worldwide and monetizes them to optimize and make them profitable. The company owns over 1,000 apps.

The role involves managing a team of 2 DevOps engineers, with 80% hands-on work. You will work closely with development teams and report to the VP of R&D. The position requires experience working with GCP and AWS.

The company has 30 employees in Israel and 100 employees globally, with offices located in the Sharon area and Tel Aviv. The work model includes three days per week from home.

Requirements-

• 5 years of DevOps experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven hands-on expertise in AWS and GCP production environments at scale
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code implementation and maintenance
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment optimization
• Experience with monitoring tools and production system observability
• Proficient in log management systems and security best practices
• Track record of successful server migrations
• Deep understanding of mobile application lifecycle
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
• Strong leadership abilities and hands-on approach
• Excellent English communication skills
• Independent problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Available for on-call rotations when needed
