Responsibilities

• Execute Marketing Plans: Implement and optimize existing marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and maximum ROI.
• Affiliate Marketing: Oversee and scale the affiliate marketing program, managing thousands of affiliates efficiently.
• Collaborations: Work with third-party marketing agencies to enhance campaign performance.
• Performance Tracking: Use analytics to measure campaign success and refine strategies as needed.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team.

• Proven experience in senior marketing roles, including budget and affiliate program management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and scaling affiliate networks.
• Email marketing expertise, including:
• Understanding of DKIM and SPF protocols.
• Managing email marketing campaigns across 50+ domains.
• Experience with email warming strategies and deliverability optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
