Corporate Controller

Description:

For a public traded High-Tech Company we are looking for a Corporate Controller to be responsible for:

* Managing the Israeli, US & Europe finance teams

* All accounting, treasury, inventory, AR, AP, equity, ESOP.

* Period-close process (monthly, quarterly, and annually) according to the IFRS

* Quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting to the management and the BOD

* All global tax handling, transfer pricing modelling

* Leading automation and process improvement projects

* Implement and maintain internal control policies and procedures

* Monthly budgeting control, forecasting and long-term plans

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience as a Company Controller

* Bachelor’s degree in accounting

* Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

* Experience in one of the Big 4 firms, focusing on the high-tech sector

* High-level English proficiency

* Advanced Excel skills

* Experience working with subsidiaries abroad

* Familiarity with Priority ERP system – advantage

* Strong ethic work, proactive approach, and teamwork skills

* Full term position in our offices in the “Shfela” district
