This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Agronomist at Casterra Ag in Rehovot. The Customer Support Agronomist will provide agronomical support and deliver expertise on castor plant needs to enable best cultivation practices for high yield and oil content. Responsibilities include soil science analysis, agriculture support, irrigation management, conducting plant nutrition research, and implementing sustainable cultivation practices.

• Soil Science, Agriculture, and Plant Nutrition skills
• Experience in irrigation management and sustainable agriculture practices
• Research skills in agronomy and plant cultivation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field
