Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative on our Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include actively engaging in sales activities, prospecting, and nurturing client connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preliminary inspections of properties to assess their potential.
• Negotiate with property owners.
• Purchasing new assets for the company.
• Connect with potential investors
• Showcase new deals online
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure individual and team success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a management role is a must.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and handle challenges effectively.
