Tel Aviv Tech is a municipal economic development task force dedicated to strengthening the Tel Aviv tech ecosystem as a driver of innovation and opportunities both locally and globally. Its mission is to create a comprehensive support system for the local tech industry, enhance the city's global standing, and foster collaboration between the tech industry, the municipality, and its residents to promote the city's prosperity and improve residents' quality of life. The team works directly with a diverse range of stakeholders—local companies, municipal agencies, investors, and global partners—to provide the necessary support for their success and to drive the continued growth of Tel Aviv as a leading global tech hub.

About the job:

· Develop and maintain a strong network within the innovation ecosystem, actively engaging with key stakeholders—including investors, entrepreneurs, and researchers—through participation in conferences, meetups, and industry events

· Locating, gathering, organizing, and analyzing data and information regarding international rankings and branding of the Tel Aviv innovation ecosystem globally.

· Share key findings and insights with a global audience, including research institutions, academic organizations, government agencies, and private sector partners

· Proactively engage with various organizations, including government agencies, to identify opportunities, secure relevant data, and execute impactful projects that elevate the city's global ranking.

· Develop and execute impactful marketing and branding initiatives — such as advertising campaigns, PR events, exhibitions, and conferences — to play a key role in implementing the city's strategy for its innovation ecosystem

· Manage and execute marketing activities across the department's digital channels and tools, including social media platforms, newsletters, websites, and other online platforms

· Create marketing materials and reports, develop sales tools, and plan and execute events to support the Economic Development team's activities

What are we looking for:

· An academic degree with 3 years experience working in Planning /strategic consulting / international marketing / community management.

· Fluent in English. High-level Hebrew.

· A successful track record of creating marketing content with compelling writing and effective messaging

· Experience with marketing across both digital and physical channels.

· Experience organizing professional events within the innovation ecosystem, such as conferences, summits, and workshops, with a strong understanding of the key players and trends

· Strong analytical and data processing skills, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, independence, proven project management skills from development to launch, and the ability to motivate others
