Quality Assurance Team Lead

A leading bank requires an experienced QA Team Lead

Responsible for a team of up to 10 manual testers

Leading and being responsible for a professional testing methodology in the project, writing detailed test summaries for versions and projects

Interacting with a variety of internal and external parties, managing contact with end users and understanding their needs

Full-time position in Lod, hybrid, 1 , day from home

Requirements:

Over two years of proven experience in managing a testing team of over 4-5 testers

Full control of testing methodologies and tools such as JIRA and XRAY

Experience in AGILE testing processes

Deep and proven knowledge of automation - experience in developing automated tests in any language OBJECT ORIENTED JAVA, SELENIUM, (UIPATH - an advantage)

Familiarity with CUCUMBER or another tool for creating automation by manual testers - a significant advantage

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to promote and push beyond the standard

Ability to build presentations in a Relatively fast

Broad systemic vision and technological understanding
