Are you an experienced data professional ready for your next challenge?

We are looking for an experienced Data/BI Manager to join our large and growing organization!

In this role, you will lead the development of a new data infrastructure, evaluate and implement BI tools, and recruit and manage a skilled BI team!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of a new data infrastructure
• Evaluate and integrate business intelligence (BI) tools to support data-driven decision-making
• Build and manage a talented BI team to drive insights across the organization
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align data strategy with business objectives
• Oversee data flows, reporting systems, and data governance

Qualifications:

• At least 4-5 years of proven experience in data management, BI tools, and data infrastructure development
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
• In-depth knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting tools(Qlik is a plus!)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
