Machine Learning Engineer

A high-tech company specializing in Auto-ML aims to develop a SaaS product that automates the training and deployment of models into production.

The company employs 80 people, offers a hybrid work model with two days from home per week, and is located near a train line in the Ramat Gan Stock Exchange area.

Role Overview:

• Join a team focused on customizing the company’s pipeline to accommodate various client models.
• Develop features that serve a wide range of models, not just single-model features.
• Work on scalable, automated deployment processes as part of a SaaS platform.
• Conduct end-to-end ML development, including research, experimentation, implementation, and production release.
• Take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of ML features, requiring strong coding abilities alongside ML expertise.
• Contribute to scalable ML engineering practices, deployment strategies, and advanced code infrastructure.

Tech Stack:

• Programming in Java/Scala alongside Python.
• Utilization of ML libraries and advanced deployment practices.

Requirements-

• 10 years' experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• 10 years of experience with Python/Java/Scala.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Distributed Compute frameworks such as Spark, Dask, Ray etc
• Hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying machine-learning models
• MLOps
• Hands-on experience with open-source ML libraries like: catboost, lightgbm, xgboost, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, Microservices architecture, cloud technologies, Docker/K8s.
• Ability to design and own a feature through all its phases.
