As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MatrixDNA, you’ll manage the recruitment process from start to finish—sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify needs, ensure a great candidate experience, and help shape the future of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience as talent acquisition, preferably in tech .
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools.
• Passion for recruitment and fostering diversity in hiring.
