PA Client Relations & Administration

We are looking for a new team member to join our global commercial real-estate consulting firm, known for our unique team of professionals dedicated to working together. 

You will be sharing key responsibilities for the firm’s marketing efforts, global communication, lead generation efforts, and expanding our services to new clientele and markets.

Responsibilities - What You'll Do:

• Creating professional presentations for clients: introducing new services, proposals, and more.
• Managing client relations. 
• Assistant to Managing Partner and senior consultants, managing diary, scheduling meetings, incoming requests and ongoing tasks.
• Assisting in day-to-day operations and administration.
• Point of contact for communication with the global Cushman and Wakefield.
• Responsible for monthly WIP with our team of consultants.
• Planning and overseeing marketing initiatives together with the Head of Social Media.
• Assisting with our bi-annual market review.
• Developing company goals for business growth and managing the company’s CRM.

Requirements - We're Looking For:

• English at mother tongue level – a must.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint - a must
• Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields - an advantage
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

This is a full-time role in our offices in the heart of the diamond district business area in Ramat-Gan.
