Freelance Big Data Engineer (1 Day/Week Remote)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Big Data Engineer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Hadoop administration, data warehousing, and ELT/ETL pipeline development, as well as hands-on experience in Spark development and developer support. This part-time, remote position involves working closely with our data engineering and development teams to ensure optimal data processing and infrastructure management.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Over 4 years in Hadoop administration, data warehousing, and building ELT/ETL pipelines.
• At least 2 years of experience in Spark development, including performance tuning and developer support.
