System Administrator Team Lead

We are looking for a System Administrator Team Lead for the ZIAD team for a leading role that includes managing field trip processes and investigating faults in the brigade's AWACS, radio and communications systems. As part of the role: managing a 4-employee AWACS team, managing versions in the ZIAD ECO-SYSTEM system. Working with communication systems: IP, radio, satellite communications, and more. Responsible for testing laboratories, field trials, and operational performance evaluation.

Job requirements:

Experience with AWACS systems in the IDF

Experience with communications systems, at Layer 2/3 levels

Knowledge of Multicast communication protocols (PIM, IGMP)

Practical experience with Windows Server 2012/16/19 and Win10 systems

Familiarity with Linux systems

Experience with virtualization: VMware

Willingness to work unusual hours as needed
