Job Description:

• Define, improve, enforce, train and monitor development work process
• High level version plan, Sprint monitoring and status
• KPIs definition and measurements, Development reports preparation and presentation
• R&D Budget monitoring (resources)
• Development status, progress, and risk presentation
• Working closely with all R&D personnel and reporting directly to R&D Directors and VP R&D
  
  

• BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering, System Information, or equivalent
• R&D background as a software developer / QA
• 3+ years of experience as PMO/Program Management in R&D departments of 30 employees or more – Mandatory
• Atlassian applications, specifically JIRA – Mandatory
• In-depth knowledge of Excel including macros – Mandatory
• Gant management & build in MS-Project / other – Advantage
• Ability to influence others and encourage embracing change as well as using new processes and tools – Mandatory
• Professional experience with Agile (took part in moving to Agile process or work in R&D organization working in Agile methodology) – Mandatory
• Self-motivated leader and problem solver who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Excellent English (written and verbal)
