Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and delivery of our SaaS enterprise software solutions, managing projects across their entire lifecycle while ensuring alignment with business goals. This position requires a results-driven, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, adhering to defined timelines, budgets, and scopes.
• Coordinate short-term KPIs and deep-dive into operational details to ensure objectives are met efficiently.

Planning & Execution:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners to align expectations and deliverables with project goals.
• Produce and present progress reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Risk Management:

• Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and issues, escalating critical concerns as necessary to leadership.

Team Leadership:

• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Ensure resource allocation and task prioritization to optimize team performance.

Process Optimization:

• Continuously evaluate and refine project management methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.

Documentation:

• Write comprehensive PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and maintain detailed records of project workflows, updates, and decisions.
• Develop clear and detailed prompts for product and feature development.

Domain Expertise:

• Leverage expertise in SaaS, cloud, GenAI, big data, and enterprise software solutions to guide project direction and decision-making.
• Provide insights into logistics, insurance, or fintech domains when relevant to project scope.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry, preferably managing SaaS enterprise software projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects for global enterprises, delivering solutions on time and within budget.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced experience with Jira for managing workflows, tasks, and reports.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of project metrics, KPIs, and detailed documentation practices.

Soft Skills:

•  Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
•  Strategic thinker with a strong ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
•  Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Domain Knowledge (Preferred):

• Experience in logistics, insurance, or fintech industries is a significant advantage.
