Project Manager for the Information Systems Department

Cross-functional Project Manager—SAAS Systems

Job Description:

The Cross-Project Manager will be responsible for the ongoing operation of SAAS systems within the organization.

Their role will include:

• Managing and coordinating ongoing activities with system suppliers, including solving technical problems and advising internal users.

• Managing the upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of the systems.

• Responsibility for monitoring the effectiveness of SAAS system usage within the organization and providing support for them.

• Coordinating with IT teams and internal project teams for system optimization and upgrades.

• Ongoing documentation and reporting to managers on performance, issues, and solutions.

• Working with various departments in the organization such as marketing, sales, finance, and operations.

Job Requirements:

Professional Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in project management and/or system operations.

• Familiarity with SAAS systems such as: Cellosign, Inforu, Glassix, and digital websites.

• Experience working with suppliers and performing coordination, management, and problem-solving processes with system suppliers.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems (required).

Skills and Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High organizational skills, orderliness, and time management abilities.

• Ability to manage and coordinate between different internal and external stakeholders.

• Basic technological understanding of SAAS systems.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

• Good interpersonal skills

Additional (Recommended):

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

• Understanding of tools for project management.
